Organizational Unit (OU) used to create the hierarchy of users according to the need of your organization. To set the different policies for different users and computers, first create the Organizational Units then apply the Group Policy to the Organizational Units to define the policies for all Organizational Units users and computers under a domain controller.

- Click on Start button and go to All Programs > Administrative Tools > then click on Active Directory Users and Computers.
- Here right click on the domain name (in this case Champion.com), and click on New then Organizational Unit button to create OU.
After appears a window give Organizational name for example Sale and click Ok button.
Now create the New users in it or Move the existing users in Sale Organizational Units.
- Now right click on the Sale Organizational Units and click properties.
- A new window with the name Sale Properties will appear, here select the Group Policy tab.
You can check the Block Policy inheritance, if you want to block the Domain level polices for that Organizational Units Users and Computers.
- Here you can use the "Default Domain Policy" or click on Edit button to change the default policies.
- If you want to create new policies for all users then click on New button.
Now double click on "New Group Policy Object", after appearing a window Expand Computer Configuration (Software Setting, Windows Settings and Administrative Templates) for set policies on Computer.
Now expand Users Configuration (Software Setting, Windows Settings and Administrative Templates) for set policies on Domain Users.
After set different policies, click Apply button then Ok.Now login with domain users on client computers and check policies has been working or not.
